highlands-innovation.uk is the official website of Highlands Innovation, one organisation carried on through two associated Scottish bodies that share this Website, one name and one registered office:

• Highlands Innovation SCIO — a Scottish Charitable Incorporated Organisation, Scottish Charity No. SC055602, regulated by the Office of the Scottish Charity Regulator (OSCR).
• Highlands Innovation CIC — a Community Interest Company limited by guarantee registered in Scotland, Company No. SC868816.

Registered office of both bodies: 8 Church Street, Inverness, Highland, Scotland, IV1 1EA, United Kingdom.

Charitable activities are carried out by Highlands Innovation SCIO. Trading, contracted services and other community interest activities are carried out by Highlands Innovation CIC. Where a donation, contract, service or processing of personal data involves one body only, that body is identified on the page concerned. The two bodies are separate legal entities, and each is responsible for its own acts and omissions.
